Healthy Snack Ideas

I tend to “graze” rather than eat large meals throughout the day. I personally feel better eating something small and healthy every two to three hours. It keeps me from overeating and is helpful when managing a busy schedule.
Here are some of the snacks I buy and try to keep stocked throughout the week:
- String cheese and almonds
- Low sugar/low cal Greek yogurt with granola
- Skinny Pop or low cal popcorn with almonds and string cheese
- Quest chips (so many good flavors and you can buy them in bulk on Amazon!)
- Deli turkey and low-fat cheese
- Apple slices/celery with peanut butter
- Cottage cheese with fruit or tomatoes
