Here is an example of an easy, healthy, dinner or meal I prep for a weeknight: Salsa Chicken 3-4 chicken breasts 1 jar of mild salsa Corn tortillas Plain Greek yogurt/guacamole Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Drizzle olive oil and add a cup of water. Pour in the jar of salsa over the chicken breasts. Cool on low for 5.5 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Add to corn tortillas with salsa or over jasmine rice (these are healthier options) and serve!

I’m a big fan of anything pumpkin! I tried this shake recipe yesterday with MCLUBFIT Vanilla Whey Protein Powder and it was delicious. Here’s the recipe below: 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or low-fat milk of your choice) 1⁄2 banana (I prefer frozen) 3 tablespoons of pumpkin purée 1 scoop of the MCLUBFIT Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 1 tablespoon of peanut butter 1⁄8 teaspoon of pumpkin spice A dash of cinnamon Add ice and blend! Give it a try! Happy Fall y’all!!

Daily Self Care Tips: Get 6-8 hours of sleep. Drink an ounce of water per pound of your body weight. Attempt to get some kind of physical activity in every single day. Get outside/get fresh air (Vitamin D!) Journal, meditate, or read Eat three balanced meals a day Keeping up with all six of these things is difficult for me. I definitely don’t stick to them 100% of the time. But when I do, even if it’s just for a few days, I feel so much better and much more balanced!
