Daily Self Care Tips:
- Get 6-8 hours of sleep.
- Drink an ounce of water per pound of your body weight.
- Attempt to get some kind of physical activity in every single day.
- Get outside/get fresh air (Vitamin D!)
- Journal, meditate, or read
- Eat three balanced meals a day
Keeping up with all six of these things is difficult for me. I definitely don’t stick to them 100% of the time. But when I do, even if it’s just for a few days, I feel so much better and much more balanced!
